Who Do We Help?

The CAC serves almost 1,000 clients every year. Our clients are the homeless, sometimes hopeless and hungry people living in our area. They include anyone who might be in need. They could be someone you know, your neighbor, your friend or your close family member, or one day we might serve you.

Fairfield/Suisun Community Action Council (The CAC) provides basic needs and safety net services directly to the public, i.e. emergency food, clothes, rental assistance, employment services, life-skills classes, literacy sessions and homeless prevention services all free of charge.

Our client base is the working poor, low-income, senior citizens, disabled, and homeless population living in and around the Fairfield/ Suisun area.
