Limited one-time help with one month’s rent (no-section
8, family only or disabled or elderly person, Fairfield
or Suisun resident for 6 months, a lease is required,
must be able to maintain rent/mortgage in the future
& prove emergency situation.).

Case
Management Plan
Everyone needs a little help once in a while that’s
not a problem. However we have noticed that others
need more help more often. For those who need
more help more often the CAC offers Case Management.
