Wednesday Food Program
Every Wednesday from 1 PM to 3 PM at 600 E. Tabor Avenue, Suite A in Fairfield. Fixed income only - disabled, elderly or retired low-income families and individuals. You must sign up for a food card during regular business hours.

Transitional Housing Program
Our transitional housing program consists of one six bed facility for women called “Grace House” and one six bed facility for men called “Hope House”. This program is for unencumbered, chronically homeless individuals with a good referral from a local shelter or program.  Our Case Management team helps tenants with “life-skills”, educational goals, job development , personal goals, social skills, permanent housing and more.
