The Fairfield-Suisun Community Action Council, serves veterans, the physically and mentally disabled, seniors, and other vulnerable persons living in Solano County who are socially and economically at-risk by providing:

- Food
- Rental and utility assistance
- Employment resource center
- Transportation
- Life skills classes
- Job readiness training program
- Information and referrals
