What Do We Really Do?
We
are here to help! The CAC provides Basic Needs such
as Food, Clothing and Shelter and also Supportive Services
such as Rental Assistance, Homeless Assistance &
Prevention, Holiday Baskets & Toys and Case Management.
In addition we provide Information about and Referrals
to other community based organizations, churches and/orgovernment
agencies that can help our clients with additional needs.
Through our Case Management program other premium services
are also available. Most programs and services are subject
to funding fluctuations and are not always available
to the general public all year round.
Notice:
An intake/application and interview must be completed
before a client can receive any available services.
To do this they will need: a California ID/Drivers License,
Social Security Cards and/or IDs for all other
family members you are applying for, proof of residence
(these services are available to Fairfield/Suisun residence
only) & proof of low-income or emergency situation
(certain programs may require additional information).
All programs & services are free of charge.
